Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Novrantis and its services. By accessing, browsing, or participating in our trivia quiz nights, pub quiz tournaments, knowledge challenges, and themed trivia evenings, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

User Obligations and Conduct

As a participant in our social competitions and team-based puzzle contests, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with our community standards. You must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward other participants, organizers, or venue staff. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities conducted through your participation. We expect all participants to respect intellectual property rights, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical conduct during our trivia events and competitions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, questions, designs, and intellectual property associated with our trivia quiz nights and social competitions are owned by or licensed to us. This includes but is not limited to trivia questions, puzzle designs, event materials, and promotional content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our explicit written permission. Participants grant us the right to use photographs, names, and likenesses taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes. We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and expect all participants to do the same during our competitions.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our trivia quiz tournaments and knowledge challenges on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our events, use of our services, or access to our materials. This includes injuries, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Participants assume all risks associated with attending our social competitions and themed trivia evenings. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you in full.

Termination of Participation

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our events, competitions, and services at any time for violation of these terms, disruptive conduct, or any reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to participate in our trivia quiz nights, pub quiz tournaments, and other events ceases immediately. We may also refuse future participation without providing specific reasons. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination. Any refunds or credits will be determined at our sole discretion in accordance with the specific event policies.

We may update this Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or community standards. Your continued participation in our events and services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
